Most leaders don’t talk about it, but the higher you rise, the louder the inner doubt can become. The stakes grow, the decisions get heavier, and the pressure to “have it all together” can really take a toll.
After 25 years as a leader in financial services – leading teams, shaping strategy, and navigating people – I’ve seen a pattern repeat itself among high-performing professionals: They’re excellent at their jobs but privately questioning themselves. Not because they’re unqualified, but because they’ve outgrown the leadership tools that got them here.

Today, I coach mid-career leaders who are ready to operate at a senior executive level, whether that means excelling in their current role or stepping into the C-suite. My work focuses on helping them:
- lead with a strategic, enterprise-wide perspective that shapes direction instead of reacting to it
- communicate with clarity, brevity, and confidence in high-stakes rooms where every word matters
- influence peers, partners, and executives by driving alignment around complex decisions
- build a high-performing team that delivers results independently, freeing them to focus on strategic priorities
My approach looks at expanding both skillset and mindset. This means working on both the outer, practical skills (strategic thinking, communication, influence) and the inner shifts (confidence, resilience, values based decision making) required to operate at a senior executive level.
